Seven things, all of it one to one. Most people come for the first four. If what you need is not on this list, ask him on the call.
One to one, every session, with someone watching the actual movement instead of you guessing at it from a video.
Training for size and shape, with the volume and the progression written down rather than improvised week to week.
A written plan for the days he is not standing next to you, built around the week you actually have.
Eating built around your training and your real schedule, not a meal plan printed for somebody else.
Strength that transfers out of the gym: carrying, lifting overhead, getting up off the floor.
Range put back where it has been lost, then made to hold under weight.
Getting back to full training after something has gone wrong, at a pace the joint will take.
Two ways to buy, both published. No joining fee, no contract, and nothing is booked until you have agreed which one you are on.
One call, one written training plan and one meal plan built around you. You never have to meet him in a gym for this one.
Sixty minute sessions, one to one. The more you train in a normal week, the less each session costs, and that rate holds for as long as you keep to it.
| Sessions a week | Each | Every 2 weeks |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | $85 | $170 |
| 2 | $80 | $320 |
| 3 | $75 | $450 |
| 4 | $70 | $560 |
| 5 | $65 | $650 |
| 6 | $60 | $720 |
Three a week is $75 a session: $225 a week, so $450 leaves your account every two weeks. More than six a week and he works the rate out with you on the call.
One free session per friend, and the 20% comes off one payment per friend rather than off every payment after it.
The first call is free, takes about ten minutes, and nothing is booked on it. He trains 10am to 10pm, seven days.
